None of those will probably work because they all have too aggressive of offsets.

Your tires and wheels are important for tire performance and handling so don't look at badly sized Mickey Mouse fitments.

1. The 9.5 wide wheels you are looking at are all too wide for the 245 45 18 which require no more than a 9 inch wide rim. If you want to go to a 9.5 inch wheel then you will need to upgrade the tires to at least 255 wide.
If you check with the manufacturer of whatever brand of tires you have you will see that the 9 inch wheel is the largest approved size for that tire.

2. The offsets are also important and those offsets you listed are not suitable as G8550 pointed out in his post as they are too low and are designed more for BMW fitment.

The offset on your stock 8 inch wheels is 48.

Look for a 9 inch wide wheel with an offset in the range 38 to 45 and you will be fine with fitments front and rear with 245 size tires. Like these here. Click on the advanced user panel to get the 5x 120 bolt pattern offsets.

You will not find many 5 x 120 bolt pattern wheels in 18 x 9 inch. They tend to be 18 x8, 18 x 8.5 and 18 x 9.5.

3. If you want to go with an 18 x 9.5 inch wheel, at least in the rear, then look at least to replacing the rear tires to do this. You would use either a 255 45 18 or 275 40 18 tire in conjunction with your 245 front tires. With a 255 tire don't go lower than a 38 offset wheel. With a 275 tire don't go below a 48 offset wheel and you will not need to roll the rear guards.

 

Are you going for the stretched tire/hellaflush look?

 

If you like the Miro Type 111, it is available in 40mm offset. I checked 4wo|shop for wheels, and the part number of that Miro wheel is W111-825322. What sean880 said, you need to get a new tire size in order to fit 9.5" wheels.

 

For a 245 tire , an 8.5" rim is optimal. The sidewalls of the tire will be straight for the best handling.
