Ordered from Maryland Speed using their Thanksgiving $35 off coupon.

Got here yesterday, installed this morning by K&M Muffler shop in Broken Arrow, OK. Good ol boy muffler shop.

Had an issue with the system being somewhat short by about 1/2". To get it all tightened up good the mufflers were just about rubbing on the heat shield. Called Corsa and they said it would "grow" after some heat cycles and move into a better position, but also that it is just tight.

Sounds very nice, more quiet than i expected, but a very nice sound at all speeds and as advertised no drone at any rpm. Haven't been on the highway enough for afm to kick in yet though. Also, think it was getting louder the more i drove though. Butt dyno performance gain as well.

So far so good.

Glad you like your Corsa...it is definitely high quality and worth the money. I have enjoyed mine from day one. Nice choice!

I just got mine installed too and I was just thinking to myself that it is more quiet than I thought. I have read on here that there's a 1000 mile breakin period so we'll see. It does sound great and looks awesome.

Had mine installed yesterday, swapped from another member's car.

Love it, but I'll be one of the only ones who thinks it's louder than I expected;) All in a good way, but just at startup & moving down the street, definitely a meatier & more constant roar than you get the impression of fully from YouTube & such. It's great. And yes, when at a lot of cruising speeds, actually quieter than stock but other times under steady light load has a new/different roar that was never there with stock. And mine, already with a Vector 93 tune & Roto-Fab, feels a smidge peppier too, whether that be the sound or what have you.

I'm trying to install mine now and having a hell of a time trying to get pipes that go from the cats to the XO pipe connected to the XO pipe. I can't get either side on, it's like they aren't circular. I tried the ones in the back of the XO pipes just to see and they went right in. Any suggestions? Or are both the pipes not right. I flipped sides and double checked to make sure the colors match. I tried calling corsa, but they are closed today and I need the car drivable on Monday.

Maybe one got ovaled in shipping?

It's possible. I finally got them in. I had to take them out from under the car and then I got out some pliers and bend the flanges out a bit and forced them in. Only took me 1.5 hours to get them in.....off to finish the install.

Good choice. I thought my was getting louder too and it was. Wait until you hear after 600 or so miles. Fantastic. Just got back from County Corvette's Toy Drive in West Chester, PA. Hooked up with a G8GT and a GXP owner, representing our cars with all those corvettes. Enjoy the exhaust!

Mine came off a car it had been on for at least 5-10k miles already, so it was broken in and shouldn't have much of an issue with re-torquing things...but I'll have to give them a look soon, just to make sure. Took a few minutes of aligning, but otherwise having come off of one car already, it was quick & easy for the shop who did it.

Just had mine intalled by a shop. They opened the boxes and kept the paper work. What was the reccommended break in process? Do they say to just retorque the nuts to 45?

Installer said it took a little time to get everything to line up. I did notice, when looking at the tips, that one side is flush with the rear plastic and the other stuck out a touch- maybe 1/4 to 1/2 inch- just enough to read the "Corsa" on the tips. I think it's noticeable only if you are really looking. Just wondering if this was because of fitment? Is one side a tighter space than the other preventing it from moving out any farther?

Love the sound so far. I agree with beach on the perception of being a little louder than expected- which is not necessarily a bad thing. I like that I can keep it "tame" with the family in the car/normal driving and really let it bark when I want to.

Exactly. It's a little louder at times, with more of a boom coming in through the rear of the cabin than I expected, but only during acceleration. Otherwise, cruising steady it's quieter than stock just as I expected. Still adjusting, but liking it. Given that mine was already broken in & used for some miles, it probably sounds now just like it will for good. Stay light, it purrs. Go harder, it growls. AFM kicks in, and almost like nothing--no different from stock, if not even less noticeable now, I swear.

I'm just waiting to see who notices it first, if they ever do, hah;) I remote started it to leave for the store today and it's definitely a much spicier meatball, but didn't startle anyone yet. Doesn't look much different from stock, either, except the thicker polished tips.

My son and I installed a Corsa system on his 09 Challenger and it gets louder as time goes by. He's got over 1000 miles on the system now and its noticeably louder than the day it was installed. It just gets better over time so stick with it. PS... his passenger side muffler developed a "rattle" he called Corsa and they have a replacement "free" in the mail now. So far they seem like a great company.

I have to agree with the system louder than it was brand new. It sounds better....but really how is this possible? It is a straight through setup. Well freinds, wife, and even grandma loves the way it sounds. I was at the dealership's service bay and boy did it sound fantastic driving in. :) I guess we are the Corsa Crew. LOL Represent!

Glad you like it Morgen. Be careful though, like I told you earlier, the mod bug hits harder than H1N1!! I remember saying "just a cai and axle back"!!
