i wanted to know if there was an aftermarket alternative offered to these? the ones that get screwed down with nut that holds strut assembly onto car? is there a poly or aftermarket option?

thankss for any response.

The actual strut mount bushing is on the inside and you can't see it. You're probably talking about the round cover you can see under the hood? I've seen some better looking after market, but I don't know where you can get a set. Somebody here will know.

FYI - I watched my factory rubber bushings collapse back in 09. So at ~8K miles I put poly bushings in. So I wouldn't trust any rubber bushings (softer ride or not). Didn't notice any increase in NVH (some do, some don't).

thanks for getting back to me but the mount or rubber piece im looking for is the one that goes on top of the bk011 the one that is rubber and located in engine compartment and can only be installed from top its like a rubber washer piece.

If its the big round plate with a rubber edge, its just floating in air, held down by the nut. Why do you want to replace it?

Both are found on ebay. Covers the original. And the piece is just a retainer, No Poly needed
