There is a spacer provided with the Kooks exhaust. Spacer goes against the head, then the guide tube, then the longer bolt supplied by Kooks. For the oil pan, the lower end of the tube just slides in the slot at the top of the oil pan.

Is that what you are asking?

No issue.

...I do have a question on the dip stick. From the picture below, there are three little holes in the dip stick. Does the hole on the far right say I am a quart low? The middle, half a quart and the far left full? I looked in the manual but don't see anything that shows what the holes mean. My oil level is currently at the middle hole.
Per my understanding the bottom dot is the low/add level. The middle dot is the safe level. The upper dot is the maximum level.

I got the antifreeze crossover pipe squared away on the top front of the heads yesterday.

I believe that was the last of my mod list for the car. I'm sure other items will pop up in the future, but this was the last of my engine mod list.

I can't thank the forum enough for the help!!

GT runs great for me, at least..

Took the radiator out of course..

If you loosen a few bolts holding the air conditioning lines in place, I got my son over here to help me lift and hold the condenser up high enough that I could remove and install the new cam. I had him hold while I did the cam chore. I did see a youtube video where the guy used bungie cords to hold the condenser up high enough.

This saved me from having the air conditioning system vacuumed and recharged.

Ha, Ha on the remote start. What are you talking about? My GT doesn't have that option???

95wagon, I think part number 12674588 is the washer that goes on the new crank bolt. The ARP bolt I purchased comes with the washer. I looked on Summit Racing, ATI, Rockauto and Amazon for that washer that goes on the back of the balancer. Is it called a crankshaft grease seal. Am I looking for the right part name? Thanks everyone..

Did you ever find out what this part number is??
Thanks,
John

If anyone comes looking for this washer, this is the info that I have found:

Original PN GM 12600525, Washer, Crankshaft Balancer
Replaced By GM 12674588 then
Replaced By GM 12674588 which is the diamond-impregnated friction washer that is now used to keep the GM dampener from rotating on the crankshaft under high power use. (Friction harmonic balancer washer for LS2, LS3, L99, LS7, and L92 engines. This washer installs onto the crankshaft before the balancer is installed. )

Here is a PDF of the installation of the FLUIDAMPR Pulleys and including the washer! (fliudampr pulley) Hope this helps when looking for this washer

Were you able to locate a replacement radiator?

Ending up getting one locally from Autozone or Advance Auto Parts. About $230 and a lifetime warranty. Sad, RockAuto didn't have any in stock and an OEM was like 850-900+ and only a 12 month GM warranty. Funny thing, ours is a Breakpoiint BSI or 2009.5 and the lower radiator hose has been discontinued ;)

Very well. Recalled a forum member had a brand new AcDelco radiator for sale albeit think it was a local pickup. At over 211k miles, be sure to replace the radiator cap as well for extra insurance. Preferably a new AcDelco GM original equipment.
